Returns Policy

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

How Do I Return An Item That I Purchased Through The Stormtech Online Store?

Items purchased online, can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of their original date of order. Items must have all original tags attached, be unworn, and in their original new condition.

All items being returned to Stormtech require a RA (Return Authorization) number, which will be provided to you by the Stormtech Returns department via returns@stormtechaustralia.com.au.

Refunds are issued in the form of the original payment. Stormtech will provide a full refund for the value of the item (excluding shipping costs) in the same form as the original payment. How Long Will My Refund Take?

Refunds may take between 5-7 business days to process once an item has been delivered to our returns facility, and may vary depending upon the credit card company that you used for the original purchase.

How Are Shipping Costs Handled For Refunds And Exchanges Of Products Purchased Through The Stormech Online Store?

All shipping costs on returned items are the responsibility of the customer. If a replacement item is getting sent back to the customer, Stormtech will pay for this amount.

How Do I Return An Item That I Received As A Gift?

Items must be returned by the original purchaser. If this is not possible, then please contact our Customer Service Representatives via returns@stormtechaustralia.com.au to discuss an alternative option.

What Do I Do If The Item That I Purchased Through The Stormtech Online Store Needs A Warranty Claim By Being Defective Or Damaged?

Express Warranties

Stormtech offer their own additional 3 year warranty and this applies strictly in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Please contact our customer service team at returns@stormtechaustralia.com.au who will assist you in obtaining a remedy for your product.

Our liability to you for loss or damage of any kind arising out of this agreement or in connections with the relationship established by it is reduced to the extent (if any) that you cause or contribute to the loss or damage. This reduction applies whether our liability if in contract, tort (including negligence), under any statue or otherwise.

Stormtech Warranty

Stormtech Performance Apparel proudly guarantees the quality and performance of all our products. We are committed to offering the finest products and customer service available. We stand behind the quality, craftsmanship, and performance of all our products.

Stormtech products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of up to 3 years from the date of original purchase excluding normal wear and tear. If a product fails as a result of a manufacturing defect within this 3 year period Stormtech will repair the product, without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear or the natural breakdown of colours and materials over extended time and use.
